These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between ClickClimb Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the client (“you”, “your”), regarding all web design and related services provided by us.

1. Services Provided

We offer website design, content updates, and ongoing support as part of our subscription-based packages. Additional services, such as SEO, analytics setup, or advanced marketing, may be provided by request and quoted separately.

2. Subscription Packages

  • Our Startup and Business packages are billed monthly and include design, basic hosting setup, support, and one monthly content update.

  • Subscriptions are contract-free and can be cancelled at any time with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of services or website access.

3. Website Edits & Updates

  • Each subscription includes one content update per month (e.g. text edits, image swaps, small layout tweaks).

  • Edits must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.

  • Larger design changes, redesigns, or new functionality may incur additional charges.

4. Hosting & Platform Use

  • We build websites on platforms such as Framer and Squarespace, which include hosting as part of their service.

  • Hosting is managed by the platform, not ClickClimb Studio.

  • You agree to the platform’s own terms of service, uptime guarantees, and data handling policies.

5. Domain Management

  • You are responsible for purchasing and renewing your domain name.

  • We can assist with setup and configuration, but do not register domains on your behalf.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Once your subscription is active and all fees are paid, the content and design are yours to use.

  • Platform-specific elements or third-party assets (e.g. fonts, images) may remain under the platform’s or licensor’s ownership.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide all required content (e.g. text, logos, images) in a timely manner.

  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving work within agreed timeframes.

  • You must not use the website for unlawful, offensive, or harmful purposes.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Setup fees and previous monthly payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for platform outages, hosting failures, or loss of data due to third-party services.

  • We will not be responsible for any business loss, revenue loss, or indirect damages arising from website use or downtime.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes.
